Bob Libolt
Principal - Planning & Design, Development
Prior to forming Pacific Crest Partners LLC, Mr. Libolt served as Vice President of Development for Trillium Corporation, where he was responsible for the development of strategies and overall management of Trillium’s real estate development assets throughout the United States. Prior to that Mr. Libolt was a partner and served as Vice President of Development and Construction for the development and construction companies, Homestead Northwest, Inc. and Homestead NW Development Company. In these roles, Mr. Libolt has managed the planning and construction of 1700 residential lots in more than 20 projects located in eight cities, constructed over 1000 single family homes and 400 condominiums in 25 projects in nine cities, constructed numerous restaurants and community centers/clubhouses, a fitness club, a golf pro-shop, several retail stores, hotel rooms and an 18-hole championship golf course. Prior to his association with Homestead, Bob owned and operated Libolt Construction and Whatcom Gutter. Prior to beginning a career in real estate and construction Bob taught high school and also dairy farmed. Mr. Libolt graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Education from Western Washington University.
Bob is married to his wife, Doris Libolt and they have three children, Joey, Chris and Megan. The Libolts live in Lynden, Washington.
Tim Potts
Principal - Finance, Legal & Transactions
Prior to joining efforts with Pacific Crest Partners in January 2004, Mr. Potts served in numerous capacities with Trillium Corporation over 17 years (CFO, General Counsel, Sr.VP). Over the 14 years prior to Trillium employment Mr. Potts was a certified public accountant with local, regional and international CPA firms specializing in tax planning and transaction structure. Mr. Potts has a broad range of professional and business experience in areas of real estate, general and corporate business, taxation, transaction structure and execution, finance and accounting. He has led or participated in acquisition, finance and/or re-finance teams for over $1 billion of transactions ranging in size from very small to over $150 million. Mr. Potts has managed or participated in the management of several companies and has served on numerous corporate boards. Mr. Potts holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University (1970) and a law degree from Willamette University (magna cum laud) (1982). He also completed over 40 semester hours of post-graduate work in math, accounting and taxation at the University of Houston (1972-1973). Mr. Potts previously held licenses as a CPA in Washington and Oregon and is currently licensed as a lawyer in Washington.
Tim is married to Bonnie Potts and they have three children, Colin, Ethan and Jennifer. They live in Bellingham, Washington.
Ethan Potts
Principal - Accounting, Finance,Banking, Property Management
Ethan Potts joined the Company in May of 2004 as an Associate after interning in the Spring/Summer of 2003. Ethan is a 2004 graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Finance. He is a scratch golfer and was on a golf scholarship at Point Loma. Ethan holds a Washington Realtor’s license and has previous experience in property management and the recreation industry.
Ethan’s current role at the Company includes banking relationships, tenant relationships and property management, accounting, marketing, spreadsheet analysis, and a variety of other matters related to projects.
Ethan and his wife Kelli live in Bellingham, Washington and have twin daughters, Lucile and Madeline.
