2003 Project:
West Baker Place – This was 16+ acre residential project off Bakerview Road in Bellingham. The land was acquired from two owners during the first and second quarters of 2003. The project included 71 single family lots, 24 units of condominium and 3 apartment sites zoned for 54 units. The project was planned, designed and permitted from late 2002 to July 2003. Upon obtaining preliminary plat approval the single family
and condo lots were sold in August 2003 to a home builder. The apartment sites were also sold soon after. The project has now been fully built out by Lewsader Construction.
2004 - 2007 Projects:
Creekside Business Park: This was a 7-acre commercial land assembly project located with Guide Meridian frontage in the City of Lynden, Washington. The project was owned by Creekside Business Park, LLC ("Creekside") in which the Company was a 50% owner and Managing Member. The Company prepared the site for sale by demolishing existing structures, grading the site to pad ready status and acquiring an adjacent key parcel. This property was then sold in September 2004.
Front Street Village – This mixed-use project includes 9 acres subdivided into one large multi-family residential lot (rezoned to residential by the Company) on the North end and 3 commercial lots along Front Street in Lynden, Washington. The Company designed and managed the construction of all internal roads, utilities, and landscape features including a trail along Fishtrap Creek. The Company also proposed and participated with state and local agencies to remove an old concrete bulkhead in the creek to improve fish habitat. The residential parcel was sold to a home builder in July 2004. Construction by the builder was later completed on 14 detached condominium homes. One commercial lot was sold in April 2004 and the remaining two commercial lots were sold in 2005.
Tenth and Taylor - This is a higher-end 12-unit residential condominium project near the Fairhaven District of Bellingham. Construction of two site-specifically designed buildings was completed units were sold in mid 2006. Each building contains two large units on each of three floors. The units ar
e three bedroom ranging in size from 1820 SF to 2165 SF (exclusive of decks, parking
and storage) with quality finishes. This is a unique product in an
exclusive location with beautiful Bay and island views. The project
is located at 807 and 811 10th Street, Bellingham, WA across from
the Chrysalis Inn and Spa and the new public Taylor Dock facility.
